JomArabic Academy (“JomArabic”, “we”, “us”) operates jomarabic.com. We provide paid online one-to-one Arabic language classes for adults in Malaysia and abroad, with enrolment via our website forms and WhatsApp.

2. What we collect

We may collect personal data you submit when you:

fill an enrolment or contact form (name, phone, email, preferred schedule);
message us on WhatsApp or email;
browse the site (standard server/CDN logs such as IP, browser, pages viewed).

We do not sell personal data.

3. How we use data

to match you with a teacher and run classes (Zoom / Google Meet);
to answer enquiries and manage billing for class packages;
to improve the website and fix technical issues;
to meet legal or accounting obligations.

We share data only as needed with teachers assigned to your class, payment or form providers (for example Jotform), and infrastructure providers (for example Cloudflare). We do not share data for unrelated marketing lists.

5. Retention & security

We keep enrolment records as long as needed for teaching, support, and legal retention. We use reasonable technical measures, but no online transmission is perfectly secure.

6. Your rights
