By using jomarabic.com or enrolling in a JomArabic Academy class, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service

JomArabic Academy provides paid online one-to-one Arabic communication classes for adults, delivered via Zoom or Google Meet. Package details and prices are listed on Harga.

2. Enrolment

Submitting a form or paying for a package is an offer to enrol. We confirm placement after matching an available teacher and schedule. We may decline or reschedule if no suitable teacher is available.

3. Classes & attendance

• Session length and frequency follow the package you choose (for example 45 minutes).
• If you are late, the session still ends at the scheduled time.
• Missed sessions without agreed reschedule are treated as delivered.

4. Conduct

Students and teachers must behave respectfully online. We may suspend service for abuse, harassment, or misuse of class recordings or materials.

5. Content on this website

Articles and guides on this site are for general information about learning Arabic. They are not a substitute for live class instruction. We may update or remove pages at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, JomArabic Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or classes. Our total liability for a paid package is limited to fees you paid for that package in the preceding three months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
