Return & Refund Policy

1. Student no-show or late arrival

If you are late or miss a scheduled session for any reason on your side, we are not obliged to extend the session or issue a refund for that session.

2. Teacher or academy cancellation

If the teacher or JomArabic Academy cancels a session, we will offer a makeup session at a mutually agreed time, or a refund for that cancelled session if a makeup cannot be arranged.

3. Package fees

Monthly package fees cover the number of sessions stated on Harga. Unused sessions in a billing period do not roll over unless we agree in writing.

4. How to request a makeup or refund

Contact us through Hubungi kami or WhatsApp with your name, package, and session date. We aim to respond within two working days.
